1. We will take every precaution to ensure your pet is happy and safe whilst in our care, but Melbourne Pet Minders will not accept responsibility for, loss/escapes, injuries, illness or any kind of death. 2. In the event that it is necessary for the proprietors of Melbourne Pet Minders to seek veterinary assistance without the consent of the client who may be unavailable to provide such consent, then the client agrees that the cost of any procedure undertaken as a result will be their full and financial responsibility. 3. Melbourne Pet Minders reserve the right to refuse any animal and no reason shall be given. 4. The owner acknowledges that the signing of this contract shall create a lien over the animal in favour of Melbourne Pet Minders, this lien shall continue to exist while ever monies are owing pursuant to the contract. 5. The client specifically represents that he or she is the sole owner of the pets free and clear of all liens and encumbrances
